Third National Lockdown Infomation

During the national lockdown starting on 05/01/2021, the practice will remain open to all patients for both appointments at the the practice and home visit. We are allowed to stay open because we are a medical profession/business and are once again on the governments exemption list. Further information can be found here.

Please do not attended your appointment if:

YOU HAVE TRAVELED OUTSIDE THE UK IN THE LAST 14 DAYS.

COME INTO CONTACT WITH A CONFIRMED OR SUSPECTED CASE OF COVID -19 IN THE LAST 14 DAYS.

HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO SELF ISOLATE OR ARE WAITING A TEST AND/OR RESULTS OF A TEST.

IF YOU HAVE A HIGH FEVER, A LOSE/CHANGE IN SENSE OF SMELL AND/OR TEST OR A NEW CONTINUES COUGH

We will be calling each patient prior to their appointment to screen for the above.

As always when you attend your appointment we kindly ask:

All patients to avoid arriving too early for your appointment and where possible to wait outside till the time of your appointment. This is to reduce the chance of patient crossover with the confined space of the reception/waiting area.

If you are coming with another (partner/family member/friend or carer) we would ask that where possible only one of you enter the practice for your appointment. Carers will be allowed to stay be able to remain at the discretion of the podiatrist, we will discuss this with you at the time of booking.

Prior to entering the practice we will conduct a temperature check via contactless thermometer.

We ask all patients to wear a mask (not a shield) that covers mouth and nose for the duration of the time you are in the building.

We will be still be asking all patients to wash their hands upon entering the practice.

Please pay by card where possible but we do still accept cash and cheque.
